ATD surveyed 969 Talent Development Professionals, 47% in leadership roles. The report highlights that “mentoring is a key to many important outcomes crucial to the workforce, including sustained employee development, targeted and individualized feedback, and knowledge transfer.”

A free webinar highlighting all the report findings will take place on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 2pm EST.
