The acquisition brings TERP’s combined 40+ years of experience in mentor training and talent development to the MentorcliQ team. TERP has led mentoring training at companies such as Bush Brothers & Company, Duarte, United Nations Federal Credit Union and more. This acquisition combines TERP’s expertise with MentorcliQ’s award-winning mentoring software to expand mentoring content, training and value for customers. All TERP employees are joining the Columbus, Ohio based company.

Jenn Labin has an extensive background in developing and facilitating corporate mentorship programs and trainings. Labin is the author of Mentoring Programs That Work and Real World Training Design. She has been a regular presenter at the Association of Talent Development (ATD) International Conference and Expo since 2011 and was a keynote speaker at MentorCom, speaking on Empowering Women In The Workplace.
